Tamworth squash club update

Firstly, a welcome to all our new members. The club has continued to grow steadily and we have just shy of 100 members which is no mean feat when we have two courts.

With that, it feels like a timely reminder for all members that only NON MARKING shoes can be worn on the squash courts and also shoes that are worn outside must not be worn on court . I played on court 2 last night and there were marks on the courts again.

We are aware that there is an issue with the automatic light in the changing room and we are going to get this looked in to ASAP.

It was also brought to my attention that the first aid kit is out of plasters, we're going to get this replenished.

I would like to try and organise another sqauash social event. I am going to put up a sheet on the notice board so people can let me know their preference for an evening or day that would be great. It would be nice to get a good turn out, and would be perfect for new members to meet some of our existing members.

Cheers,

Andy
