*Squash court - non marking shoes*

Hi all,

Please can I strongly request that everyone ensures they are wearing the correct trainers on court. I came down on Wednesday and court 2 was a state. This is combination of people wearing outdoor trainers or trainers that are not designed for squash courts. Trainers not designed for squash courts will leave marks as well as bits of the sole on the court. This is can be damaging to the court floors and can also be extremely dangerous for players as it makes it slippy underfoot as I found out.

Please see the pictures below. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I spent 10 minutes sweeping this up and I know other members have had to do the same. Whilst it might seem a small thing, it has a signifcant impact upon our court maintenance and also the saftety of our members.

This will have happened between Monday night and Wednesday evening.

If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me as we want to esnure that the club continues to operate smoothly for all of our members.

Thanks,

Andy
