Non-marking court shoes- a polite reminder

Morning all,

I hope you are keeping well (and cool...again!)

I am pleased to say that we have had a number of new members join us here at Tamworth Squash Club, which is truly fantastic to see.

I wanted to use this timely opportunity to please remind all players that we only allow Non-marking trainers to be used on the courts. We have recently had some marks appear on court 1 again, which whilst we believe this to be from a member from another section using the courts (which is strictly forbidden and has been reiterated), it also felt appropriate to remind members as well, just in case.

We are quite far along in the process to potentially have some major squash club refurbishments undertaken and these come at significant cost and we do not want to jeopardise these works by not looking after our courts.

If you would like guidance on where to source non-marking trainers or any other equipment, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Thank you all and enjoy playing.

I will be looking to refresh the leagues over the weekend, so if anybody would like to join in the leagues, again, please reach out.

Cheers,

Andy
